Montano Real Estate and Beyond Real Estate Holding Acquire Office Building in Mönchengladbach

Montano Real Estate GmbH and Beyond Real Estate Holding have acquired a single-tenant office building in Mönchengladbach. The property, known as MASTRA, covers approximately 18,700 square meters and includes 389 parking spaces.

The building, constructed in 2015, is located in the Nordpark district, close to the Borussia-Park soccer stadium. Santander Consumer Bank is the sole tenant, providing long-term financial stability. Montano will manage the property.

Katharina Weigl, Director Debt Finance & Investment at Montano, highlighted the strategic location and creditworthy tenant as key assets. Samson Weldemariam, Head of Investment, emphasized ongoing efforts to identify attractive opportunities despite market challenges.

The property was acquired from a New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate company, supported by advisors Noerr and Kroll, and brokered by CBRE.
