Montega Sets Course for Growth with Spin-off Airtime Software AG
Hamburg, 17 July 2024 – Montega AG, a leading research house and operator of the CONNECT platform, has announced its strategic decision to spin off Airtime Software AG. This move is aimed at fostering further growth and specialization in its digital activities.
Since its inception in 2021, the CONNECT platform has rapidly grown, hosting around 600 events in 2024. More than 200 issuers from across Europe utilize CONNECT. With the spin-off, Airtime will focus on enhancing the platform's features, particularly in AI-driven investor targeting.
Alexander Braun, CEO of Montega, emphasized that the separation will enable more efficient resource allocation and aims to make CONNECT the largest European event and content platform in the IR sector.
Post spin-off, Airtime will continue to maintain the high standards and favorable conditions previously offered by Montega, ensuring seamless integration for issuers and investors using the CONNECT platform.
