Monthly declaration of operations carried out by Altarea on its own securities in August 2024

Altarea has published its monthly statement of transactions in its own shares for the month of August 2024. As of July 31, 2024, the company held 6,758 of its own shares. In August, it purchased 4,404 shares and sold 2,867 shares. At the end of the month, Altarea held 5,257 treasury shares, representing 0.03% of the capital.

All transactions were carried out through Kepler Cheuvreux under a liquidity contract. Transactions took place on the market, with purchases and sales occurring throughout the month. No transfers, cancellations or redemptions from persons holding more than 10% of the capital or from managers took place.

Transaction prices ranged from EUR 95.25 to EUR 103.99 per share. Altarea did not carry out any derivative transactions during the month, either in cash or at maturity.
