Monthly publication of MEDIA 6 capital and voting rights

MEDIA 6 has published the figures relating to the number of shares making up its capital and the total number of voting rights for the month of September 2024. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, this data is presented each month.

As of September 30, 2024, the number of shares making up the capital of MEDIA 6 remained stable at 2,631,250. The total number of theoretical voting rights, calculated on the basis of all shares attached to voting rights, is 4,804,947. The exercisable voting rights, which exclude shares deprived of voting rights, amount to 4,547,247.

This stability has been observed since July 2024, when the figures have not changed. MEDIA 6's transparency allows investors to follow the evolution of its capital and voting rights.
