Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has completed its fourth acquisition for the year 2024, acquiring Greenview Group Holdings Ltd from Cordovan Capital Partners II LP and its current CEO, Michael Burke. This transaction marks a strategic enhancement in Mutares’s Goods & Services segment.
Greenview Group, originated in 2017, serves the UK and Irish markets with various services, including mechanical and electrical installations, heating services, and property maintenance. The company boasts a workforce of approximately 190 people and predicts a revenue increase from EUR 36 million in 2023 to EUR 45 million by March 2025.
Operating from offices in Belfast and London, Greenview offers accessibility to a substantial clientele in both public and private sectors, strengthened by its fleet of about 100 vehicles. The acquisition is viewed by Mutares CEO Robin Laik as an opportunity to expand market presence and capitalize on potential growth and strategic enhancements in the heating and services sectors.
