MyHotelMatch: Convocation of a general meeting for June 13, 2024

Paris, May 27, 2024 – MyHotelMatch announced the convening of a general meeting on June 13, 2024, following an alert procedure triggered by its auditors. The RBA and Audit Plus firms have highlighted several problems affecting the company and its subsidiary MHM Labs.

The companies' results are heavily in deficit for the 2023 financial year. Equity will not be replenished and cash flow is critical. Supplier debts amount to approximately 1.35 million euros. The measures proposed by the Board of Directors, including a capital increase and the sale of certain assets, have not convinced the auditors of the short-term viability.

Faced with these difficulties, the general meeting will present a special alert report and examine the necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the company's operations.
