MyHotelMatch: Convocation of a general meeting on June 13, 2024
On May 27, 2024, MyHotelMatch announced the convening of a general meeting on June 13, 2024. This decision comes after the auditors initiated an alert procedure due to the company's financial difficulties.
The results of MyHotelMatch and its subsidiary MHM Labs are heavily in deficit. The company is experiencing late payments to its suppliers and insufficient cash flow. The solutions proposed by the Board of Directors did not convince the auditors, who believe that business continuity is compromised.
Among the measures planned to improve the situation, we note a capital increase of 3 million euros, the sale of non-essential assets and the restructuring of debts.
