Mynaric Appoints Andreas Reif as Chief Restructuring Officer Following CEO Departure

Mynaric (NASDAQ: MYNA), a leader in industrialized laser communications, announced the immediate departure of Mustafa Veziroglu as CEO. Mustafa Veziroglu, who joined Mynaric in August 2022, has played a crucial role in overseeing the entire product lifecycle from development to delivery. The supervisory board and Veziroglu mutually decided on this termination.

Andreas Reif has been appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) and member of the management board. Reif will focus on reducing costs and managing cash flow while aligning closely with customer needs. His previous experience includes key roles in financial and operational management within Germany’s industrial manufacturing sector.

The Annual General Meeting, initially scheduled for August 29, 2024, will be postponed due to these management changes. Further details on the new schedule will be announced separately.
