Naehas and Itea P2B Partner to Enhance Financial Services Billing and Disclosures

Naehas, a leader in financial services customer experience cloud space, has announced a new partnership with Itea P2B AB, a fintech company based in the Nordics. This venture aims to expand services like disclosure management and billing functionalities for bank clients.

This collaboration allows banks to use Itea P2B's billing features within Naehas' flexible architecture, including functionalities like invoice grouping, e-invoicing, customized billing, and sales tax calculations. In EMEA markets, Itea P2B will provide access to Naehas' disclosure management to reduce regulatory risk.

In the U.S. and Canada, the combined solutions will create a robust customer experience ecosystem, reinforcing the commitment to support banks in offering exceptional service. Steve Dobrenski of Naehas sees this as an effort to provide clarity and reduce costs related to manual processing.
