NAGA Group AG Partners with Borussia Dortmund

The NAGA Group AG has entered into a sponsorship partnership with Borussia Dortmund (BVB) for the current and upcoming Bundesliga season. This partnership grants NAGA exclusive rights to use BVB’s partner logo in multiple markets and the right to feature club players in branding materials. Additionally, NAGA’s brand will be present on LED advertising boards at home matches in Signal Iduna Park. The cooperation aims to enhance NAGA’s brand awareness in Germany and other regions through BVB's participation in the Champions League.

According to NuWays AG, the sponsorship is a strategic move due to BVB's expansive global fan base and favorable public perception. The annual cost is expected to be below €1 million and falls within NAGA's marketing budget. This partnership aligns with NAGA’s vision for 2026, aiming for USD 250 million in sales and a 40% EBITDA margin, though NuWays conservatively anticipates €90 million in sales and a 22% EBITDA margin by 2026.

For 2024, NAGA estimates around 15.9 million transactions, driving sales to approximately €71.8 million, with disciplined spending and synergy effects further fueling EBITDA growth to €11.5 million. Overall, customer revitalization in the brokerage space, coupled with synergy effects from mergers, is expected to support NAGA's growth trajectory.
