Nagarro SE Projects Revenue Growth and Strategic Initiatives for 2025

Nagarro SE has announced its financial outlook for 2025, projecting revenues between €1,020 and €1,080 million. This forecast, utilizing current exchange rates and excluding future acquisitions, suggests stable growth. The company anticipates maintaining a gross margin around 30%, with an adjusted EBITDA margin forecasted between 14.5% and 15.5%.

CEO Manas Human stated that 2025 is set to be promising due to enduring market drivers and a solid company foundation. Nagarro aims to enhance shareholder value through independent growth strategies, including share buy-backs valued up to €400 million over the next three years and a dividend policy distributing 10% to 20% of EBIT annually.

Nagarro continues to pursue both organic and inorganic growth, leveraging existing loan facilities and strategic partnerships. The management maintains confidence in meeting 2024 financial targets established in October.
