NamR: Update of capital and voting rights
Paris, May 23, 2024 - The company namR has announced the latest figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights. This communication meets the requirements of articles L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
As of May 10, 2024, the capital of namR consists of 5,822,515 shares. In terms of voting rights, the company declares 8,560,331 theoretical rights and 8,554,095 exercisable rights. These figures include shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.
As a reminder, namR is a French deeptech company, specializing in Data Intelligence for the ecological transition. Founded in 2017, it is developing an enriched database to characterize buildings through more than 250 new attributes.
