NEON EQUITY AG Sees Significant Profit Increase in First Half of 2024

NEON EQUITY AG, an impact investor based in Frankfurt, has reported a substantial profit increase for the first half of 2024. The company's EBIT grew by 112% to EUR 3.6 million from EUR 1.7 million the previous year. Net profit rose by 10%, climbing from EUR 5.0 million to EUR 5.5 million.

Key milestones achieved include the addition of More Impact AG to their portfolio and the creation of an Impact Advisory Board featuring top ESG experts. The board includes industry leaders like Prof. Dr. Anabel Ternès and Dr. Andreas Rickert, aimed at enhancing investment opportunities in impact investing.

NEON EQUITY also formed a partnership with Green Encoded to develop Green Deal-compliant financial products and successfully advised ELARIS AG on its IPO. Future investments will focus on renewable energies, sustainable mobility, and healthcare, accompanied by the sale of their stake in OA22 GmbH.

CEO Ole Nixdorff emphasized that the strong financial performance validates their growth strategy with a focus on impact investments, positioning NEON EQUITY as a leading IPO advisor.
