Wisotzki, a lawyer from FONTAINE GÖTZE, joins the board by court approval from the Frankfurt District Court. He replaces Frank Baruth, who resigned for personal reasons.
Wisotzki brings extensive legal and supervisory experience, enhancing the board comprised of Eva Katheder and Boris Staab.
