New co-optation to the FREY board of directors
On April 4, 2024, FREY announced the co-optation of Ms. Valérie Pancrazi to the position of independent director. This decision follows the resignation of Mr. François Lemarchand. Ms Pancrazi will occupy this position until the ordinary general meeting of 2026, which will examine the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. This co-optation will be subject to ratification at the general meeting scheduled for May 15, 2024.
The company's Board of Directors now has 10 members, including Mr. Antoine FREY, Chairman and CEO, and representatives of various entities. On this occasion, the Council expressed its gratitude to Mr. François Lemarchand for his commitment.
