New World Solutions To Amend Warrants
Toronto, ON / ACCESSWIRE / September 16, 2024 / New World Solutions Inc. (CSE:NEWS)(OTC PINK:REGRF)(FSE:RT5) announces that it intends to amend the terms of the outstanding common share purchase warrants issued on June 12, 2024, by adding an acceleration provision.
The warrants are exercisable at $0.05 per common share until June 12, 2026. Following the amendment, if the volume weighted average trading price of the common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange equals or exceeds $0.07 for ten consecutive trading days, the company may accelerate the expiration of half of the warrants to 30 days following notice to the holder.
