Nexans: Number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2024
Nexans SA, a company listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris (Compartment A), has communicated its monthly data concerning the number of shares and voting rights for the month of August 2024. This declaration is made in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the AMF General Regulations.
As of August 31, 2024, the total number of shares making up Nexans' capital was 43,753,380. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 43,753,380, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 43,747,572.
According to Nexans' statutes, any natural or legal person crossing a threshold of 2% of capital holding or voting rights must inform the company within fifteen days. This notification must be repeated for each multiple of 2% reached.
