NEXITY: End of Concert Action and Crossing of Thresholds
The company NEXITY announced the crossing of thresholds by a group of shareholders. By letter received on July 4, 2024, the concert formed by Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, Suravenir, La Mondiale, and certain Nexity managers declared having crossed the thresholds of 15%, 10%, and 5% of the capital and rights of sale. NEXITY vote on June 30, 2024.
This crossing results from the end of the concerted action between the parties involved. After this transition, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and Suravenir hold 4.73% and 1.97% of the voting rights respectively. La Mondiale owns 5.004%, while the directors and executives of NEXITY hold 6.67%.
The end of this strategic collaboration marks a significant reorganization within NEXITY's capital, leading to a new distribution of shareholdings.
