Niiio finance group AG Reorganizes Management Team: Johann Horch Resigns

niiio finance group AG has announced a major reorganization of its management team. Long-standing CEO Johann Horch has resigned from his position, effective immediately, as per an agreement with the supervisory board. Heribert Steuer and Christian Ropel have been appointed to the executive board and will manage the group going forward.

The company is entering a new phase of growth under its majority investor, Pollen Street Capital, with upcoming integrations of fundsaccess AG, FundHero S.A., and FinTecc LLC. Johann Horch, who played a pivotal role in the company's development including recent acquisitions, will support Steuer and Ropel during the transition phase.

Heribert Steuer, managing director of PATRONAS Financial Systems GmbH, and Christian Ropel, who oversees the group's M&A activities, are well-versed with the company's operations. Further management changes might occur, especially with the recent acquisition of Etops Group AG by Neptune group.

Dr. Martin Setzer praised Horch's contributions, noting that niiio would not be where it is today without him. He expressed confidence in the new management team, wishing them success in leading the company's future developments.
