Normand Goupil Corrects Share Ownership in Jade Leader Corp.

In compliance with National Instrument 62-103, Normand Goupil has issued a correction regarding his share ownership in Jade Leader Corp. The initial report on August 22, 2024, contained inaccuracies.

On August 22, 2024, Mr. Goupil acquired 1,500,000 Units of Jade Leader in a private placement. These Units represent 2.2% of the total issued and outstanding shares, purchased for $75,000 at $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit includes one common share and half a common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.10 per share until August 22, 2027.

Following this purchase, Mr. Goupil now owns and controls 7,544,000 Common Shares, correcting the previous report of 7,000,000 shares. This represents 11.1% of the issued shares, not 10.4% as earlier stated. Additionally, he holds 1,500,000 Warrants, representing 13.1% on a partly diluted basis, based on the exercise of all Warrants.

The shares were acquired for investment purposes, with Mr. Goupil reserving the right to adjust his holdings in the future. The corrected early warning report will be available on Jade Leader's Sedar profile.
