Notice of Amendments by PPC Zeus Designated Activity Company

PPC Zeus Designated Activity Company has announced a series of amendments concerning their fixed rate asset-backed notes, valued at €325,020,000 and due in 2028. This announcement pertains to important changes in agreements relevant to holders of these Senior Notes.

The amendments were approved by a written resolution passed on 17 December 2024. Key changes include alterations to the Sub-Servicing Agreement and the Sub-Servicer Fee Letter. The Sub-Servicer is now tasked with providing additional services which encompass supporting the Servicer in enforcement actions and producing targeted administrative reports. An additional fee structure has been established for litigation files prepared in connection with these services.
