Novacyt Provides Monthly Update on Liquidity Agreement and Total Voting Rights
Paris, France, Eastleigh, and Manchester, UK – 1 October 2024 – Novacyt, a specialist in clinical diagnostics, has released its September update concerning ordinary shares traded under its Liquidity Agreement with Invest Securities SA.
From 1 September to 30 September 2024, Invest Securities acquired 82,719 ordinary shares at prices between €0.70 and €1.11. Concurrently, they sold 27,145 ordinary shares at prices ranging from €0.70 to €1.16. As of 30 September 2024, the total number of ordinary shares in treasury was 76,010.
The total number of ordinary shares in the Company stands at 70,626,248. This figure is vital for shareholders to determine notification requirements under the French Commercial Code and the Company's Articles.
