Novacyt Reschedules AGM to 18 July

Novacyt S.A., an international molecular diagnostics company, has announced the rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Originally set for today, the AGM will now be held online on Thursday, 18 July at 1pm BST/2pm CEST.

The AGM was postponed due to insufficient shareholder votes to constitute a quorum, in line with French corporate law. The meeting will feature the same agenda, including both ordinary and extraordinary resolutions.
