NRJ Group announces its voting rights as of February 28, 2024
On March 4, 2024, NRJ Group communicated on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of February 29, 2024, the share capital of NRJ Group is composed of 78,107,621 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights reaches 144,315,474, while the number of exercisable voting rights stands at 143,621,031.
The difference between theoretical and exercisable voting rights reflects shares whose voting rights have been suspended. NRJ Group also specifies the existence in its statutes of a clause relating to the declaration of crossing thresholds complementary to legal obligations.
