NRJ Group - Information relating to voting rights as of May 31, 2024
NRJ Group has published the figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of May 31, 2024. The information is part of the communication obligations under article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
The total number of shares making up the share capital of NRJ Group is 78,107,621. The theoretical number of voting rights is 144,316,487, while the number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights vote, is 143,616,549.
It should be noted that the statutes of NRJ Group also include a clause imposing an obligation to declare the crossing of a threshold complementary to that provided for by French law.
