NRJ Group: The Council of State will examine their appeal in an accelerated manner
Paris, September 25, 2024 - The Council of State has decided to examine in an expedited manner the appeal of NRJ Group and NRJ 12. This appeal follows the decision of ARCOM of July 24, 2024 not to preselect their application for the TNT call for applications.
This appeal, now examined by a collegiate body, has reached a crucial stage. Consequently, the interim relief judge dismissed the interim relief application by an order of 25 September 2024, considering his intervention unnecessary.
The investigation will continue before the collegiate formation of the Council of State, with a decision expected before the end of November 2024.
