NRJ Group: Voting rights as of August 31, 2024

NRJ Group has published an update on the number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of August 31, 2024. This publication is in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

As of August 31, 2024, the total number of shares making up the share capital of NRJ Group is 78,107,621. The theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 144,315,308, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 143,628,738.

The NRJ Group statutes include an additional clause requiring the declaration of threshold crossing in relation to the legal thresholds provided for by French law. This is stipulated in Article 12 of its statutes.
