NRJ Group: Voting Rights as of January 31, 2025

On February 4, 2025, NRJ Group published data on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). As of January 31, 2025, the total number of shares in the company was 78,107,621.

As regards voting rights, 144,491,798 theoretical rights have been identified. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 143,767,851, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights. This reflects a slight difference from the theoretical total due to the suspension of certain rights.

NRJ Group also imposes a reporting obligation for the crossing of shareholding thresholds, in addition to legal requirements, according to its article 12.
