NTT InfraNet Partners with Amdocs for Cloud Transition
NTT Infrastructure Network Corporation (NTT InfraNet) has extended its collaboration with Amdocs to modernize and transfer its core geographic information systems (GIS) applications to the cloud. This agreement aims to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve business capabilities for the Japanese infrastructure specialist. The collaboration includes the implementation of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes across NTT InfraNet's ecosystem.
Amdocs will provide a comprehensive cloud platform, aiding in the migration and modernization of legacy GIS applications. This transformation is intended to optimize NTT InfraNet's vendor ecosystem and support future growth. Takashi Kato of NTT InfraNet highlighted the strategic importance of cloud adoption for business innovation.
