NXT Energy Solutions Inc. Announces Results of AGM

NXT Energy Solutions Inc. ("NXT" or the "Company") shared the outcomes of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on July 15, 2024. The election of eight directors was approved, securing their positions until the next annual meeting or until successors are chosen.

MNP LLP was appointed as the Company's auditors for the next year, with their remuneration to be determined by the Board of Directors. Shareholders also approved a resolution designating MCAPM LP as a new control person. Additionally, the option for MCAPM LP to convert convertible debentures into over 10% of the Company's common shares was passed.

The Company's directors received approval to convert their convertible debentures from private placements into common shares as part of the Security Based Compensation Arrangement. Full details are available in the Company's Information Circular dated June 13, 2024.
