Odiot Holding announces the change of its mnemonic code
On September 30, 2024, Odiot Holding (formerly WELL) announced the change of its mnemonic code on Euronext Access Paris. The new code MLODT will replace the old code MLWEL at the opening of the markets.
This change is part of a restructuring strategy, aimed at strengthening the ODIOT brand. The change of code does not affect the company's business model or management.
Existing shares will continue to trade under the new code, with no impact on the company's commitment to creating value for its shareholders. ODIOT Holding remains committed to developing its historic luxury brand, recognized for its expertise in goldsmithing and tableware since 1690.
