ODIOT HOLDING: reorganization and new strategy after the general meeting

Paris, France – July 24, 2024 – ODIOT HOLDING (formerly WELL) announced several major changes following its general meeting on July 17, 2024. The company now has a new main shareholder, AMC Uplift High Yield European Growth, which holds 63 .13% of the capital.

With these changes, new management was put in place. Ms. Laetitia Maffei was appointed general director and Mr. Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat, Chairman of the board of directors. Several other new members are also joining the board.

ODIOT HOLDING is refocusing its strategy by increasing its stake in ODIOT to 52%. The head office moves to 10 rue de la Paix, Paris. The publication of the accounts for the 2022 and 2023 financial years is underway, and the company plans to invest between 1.5 and 2 million euros in its subsidiary ODIOT to strengthen its position in the luxury sector.
