O'KEY Group Transfers Its GDRs to II Level List on MOEX
O'KEY Group S.A., one of Russia’s leading food retailers, has announced the transfer of its Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) to the Level II Quotation List on the Moscow Exchange. This change will take effect from 13 June 2024.
Since December 2020, the GDRs had been traded on the Level I Quotation List. Due to a potential delisting from the London Stock Exchange planned for 18 June 2024, the company requested the transfer. The Moscow Exchange approved this request on 10 June 2024.
Despite the changes, the GDR program will continue to operate and trade on the Moscow Exchange. Additionally, O'KEY GDRs have been listed on the Astana International Stock Exchange since March 2023. The company plans to maintain its listing on both exchanges.
