Ola Rollén Nominated for Chair of SIG Group AG
SIG Group AG's Board of Directors has nominated Ola Rollén for the position of Chair at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. This follows the decision of the current Chair, Andreas Umbach, not to seek re-election post his successful tenure since the company's IPO in 2018.
Ola Rollén brings substantial leadership experience from Hexagon AB, where he served as President and CEO for over two decades before becoming its Chair in 2023. Known for transforming Hexagon into a global leader in sensor and software technologies, Rollén co-founded Greenbridge S.A. in 2015 and has been its CEO since 2024.
Umbach expressed confidence in Rollén’s strategic expertise and market understanding, deeming him a suitable successor. Rollén, honored by the nomination, anticipates leveraging his industrial experience to advance SIG’s innovation and sustainability-focused business model.
