OLLLOW adopts Roctool’s new R-IDS™ technology at JEC World 2024
During the JEC World 2024 exhibition, the start-up OLLOW announces the integration of Roctool's R-IDS™ technology, aimed at improving its production of thermoplastic composites. This progress is part of OLLOW's expansion strategy, with installations planned in the coming months and a future 3,000 m2 production unit expected in 2025.
R-IDS™ technology, revealed at JEC, offers an innovative method of induction heating for tools, promoting short transformation cycles and reduced energy consumption. It represents a major asset for OLLOW in the development of its large-scale production capacities.
OLLOW's manufacturing process, combining this technology with automated production of textile preforms, allows the start-up to increase its operational efficiency and productivity, while maintaining its commitment to Social and Environmental Responsibility.
