One Heritage Group Announces Strategic Update and Market Listing Changes
One Heritage Group PLC (OHG), a UK-based residential developer, announces a comprehensive restructuring plan to drive growth, financial stability, and market presence. OHG will rebrand to Zentra Group PLC to better align with its strategic focus in the residential sector.
OHG has exchanged contracts to acquire a 30% stake in the One Victoria project, Manchester, valued at £39.5 million, funded by a shareholder loan facility. Simultaneously, OHG sold completed properties valued at £7 million to OH UK Holdings Limited, aiming to reduce debt from £14 million to £9 million.
The company will exit the Co-living sector and focus on core residential sectors under the new "Living" and "Homes" brands. The board also announced key leadership appointments to drive this strategic realignment.
