Organizational Changes Announced at Kardex Remstar

Kardex Holding AG has announced key organizational changes at its Kardex Remstar division. Urs Siegenthaler, the current Head of Division, will retire at the end of 2024. He will continue with Kardex in a reduced role through 2025 to aid the transition. The company acknowledged Siegenthaler's contributions over the past 14 years. The management structure is evolving as part of a strategic growth plan, with a focus on decentralizing responsibilities to regional branches. Consequently, Kardex Remstar will be directly overseen by Group CEO Jens Hardenacke.

Kardex operates globally with a workforce of around 2,500 across 30 countries, offering automated and standardized intralogistics solutions. The upcoming agenda for Kardex includes the publication of its 2024 annual report on March 6, 2025, and an annual general meeting set for April 24, 2025.
