Osmozis: Provision of key documents following the simplified public purchase offer

On July 10, 2024, Osmozis announced the availability of the response note and the document of other legal, financial and accounting information following the simplified tender offer initiated by Passman Corp. These documents received visa no. 24-295 from the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on July 9, 2024.

The report from the CROWE HAF firm, represented by Olivier Grivillers, independent expert, is included in the response note. Passman Corp could request a squeeze-out within three months if less than 10% of Osmozis shares remain in the hands of minority shareholders.

This information is available on the Osmozis and AMF websites, as well as at the Osmozis head office in Clapiers, France. The AMF and Euronext will publish notices of opening and timetable for the Offer before its launch.
