OVH Groupe Reduces Share Capital Through Share Buyback
Roubaix, 29 January 2025 - OVH Groupe has announced a significant reduction in its share capital. The company's Board of Directors, following approval from the General Shareholders' Meeting on 4 December 2024, decided to cancel 38,888,889 treasury shares. This cancellation represents about 20.41% of the total share capital.
The process completed on 29 January 2025 followed the buyback of shares, which took place between 18 December 2024 and 6 January 2025. After cancelling these shares, OVH Groupe's share capital now stands at €151,651,536, distributed across 151,651,536 shares. Currently, the company holds 1,244,756 treasury shares under its liquidity contract and share buyback programme with Rothschild Martin Maurel.
