Pacific Avenue Capital Partners Expands PACP Ops Management Team

Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has announced three new additions to its PACP Ops Mgmt Co, LLC team. Angelo Perez, Julie Muduryan, and John Middleton have joined as Managing Director of Operations, Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Tax and Compliance, respectively.

Angelo Perez brings his expertise to operational due diligence, portfolio company operations, and carve-out execution. Julie Muduryan will focus on HR initiatives, talent acquisition, and executive leadership. John Middleton will lead tax reporting and compliance, including tax structuring for acquisitions and divestitures.
