PANTAFLIX AG Approves Key Changes at Annual General Meeting 2024

PANTAFLIX AG held its Annual General Meeting on August 26, 2024, where shareholders endorsed all management's resolutions. Significant agenda items were the election of a new Supervisory Board, an expansion of the company's purpose, and a rebranding initiative. A total of 71.36% of the share capital participated in the vote.

CEO Stephanie Schettler-Köhler reviewed the achievements of 2023, highlighting the potential of their in-house AI workflow for film and series production. This innovation aims to enhance the company's scalability and creative efficiency.

The shareholders approved expanding the company's focus beyond entertainment to include high-growth markets, along with a name change to PAL Next AG. The new direction aims to ensure long-term stability and competitiveness through innovative business models.

Additionally, Nicolas Paalzow joined the Supervisory Board, alongside re-elected members Marcus Machura and Kerstin Trottnow. Following the meeting, Machura was named Chairman, with Trottnow as Deputy Chairman.
