Park Lawn Corporation Announces First Quarter 2024 Dividend

Park Lawn Corporation (TSX:PLC)(TSX:PLC.U), headquartered in Toronto, ON, has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.114 per share, scheduled for payment on April 15, 2024, to its shareholders on record by March 29, 2024. The company also highlighted the availability of its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), an option for eligible shareholders that permits the reinvestment of cash dividends into additional PLC common shares. These additional shares might be issued directly from the treasury or bought from the open market, contingent upon the five business days' volume-weighted trading price preceding the dividend payment date, including a discount of up to 5%, currently set at 3% by PLC.
