PAROT GROUP: Notice of opening of the simplified public purchase offer
On September 24, 2024, the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) declared the simplified public purchase offer for the shares of GROUPE PAROT to be compliant. This offer was filed by Crédit Agricole du Languedoc on behalf of NDK1.
The information notes of the initiator and the company GROUPE PAROT were published on September 24, 2024. The offer will be open from September 26 to October 9, 2024 inclusive, in accordance with the articles of the AMF general regulations.
Kepler Cheuvreux will purchase the shares tendered to the offer, at the offer price, on behalf of the offeror. Euronext Paris will specify the terms and timetable of the offer in a separate notice.
