Partners Group Announces Results of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Partners Group Holding AG announced that all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors were approved by shareholders at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today in Baar-Zug, Switzerland.

Shareholders approved the 2023 Annual Report, including the management report, consolidated financial statements, and individual financial statements. The also agreed to the 2023 non-financial Sustainability Report.

A cash dividend of CHF 39.00 per share was approved, with a net dividend disbursement scheduled for 28 May 2024. Shares will trade ex-dividend from 24 May 2024.

Shareholders granted discharge to the Board of Directors and the Executive Team from liability regarding their activities in the 2023 fiscal year. Additionally, a capital band with an upper limit at 110% of the current share capital was introduced.

The AGM saw the re-election of several Board members and the approval of all compensation-related agenda items. A detailed listing of all resolutions will be available on the company’s website on 23 May 2024 at 17:00 CEST.
