PATRIZIA Approves Sixth Consecutive Dividend Increase

PATRIZIA SE, a global real assets partner, held its 2024 Annual General Meeting virtually on June 12, 2024. At the meeting, shareholders approved all proposed resolutions with a substantial majority, including a 3.0% increase in the annual dividend to EUR 0.34 per share. This marks the sixth consecutive year of dividend growth for the company.
