PAULIC MEUNERIE: 2023 Annual Results and Outlook

PAULIC MEUNERIE, a specialist in high-quality flours, has announced a 17% increase in its turnover to reach €21.9 million in 2023. This growth is linked to an ambitious industrial development plan. Sales have increased in all segments, particularly in industrial bakeries and supermarkets.

After difficult years due to COVID and rising costs, the company posted a positive operating result (+€29K) thanks to rigorous expense management and improved margins. Gross margins increased from 22% in 2022 to 28% in 2023.

The year also marked the end of testing of its Oxygreen© reactor, with operational production of high added-value flours. In 2024, PAULIC MEUNERIE aims to stabilize sales before a resumption of growth in the second half, with particular attention paid to improving margins.
