Paulo Castellari Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Eramet

Eramet's Board of Directors has named Paulo Castellari as the next Chief Executive Officer, effective after the Shareholder’s General Meeting on May 27, 2025. He will succeed Christel Bories, who will remain Chairwoman of the Group.

Castellari, a dual Brazilian and Italian citizen born in 1970, brings over 30 years of experience in the mining, metals, fertilizers, and energy sectors. His career has encompassed leadership roles at Anglo American, CEMIG, and EGA, among others. He currently serves as CEO of Appian Capital Advisory's Brazilian branch.

Christel Bories expressed confidence in Castellari's extensive experience and international exposure as crucial for advancing Eramet's strategic goals. Castellari looks forward to leading Eramet's next phase of development and contributing to its positioning as a responsible mining leader.
