Pelangio Exploration Announces Results of Annual Meeting
Pelangio Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:PX)(OTC PINK:PGXPF) reported the outcomes of its annual meeting held on June 28, 2024. All management proposals were approved.
Shareholders re-elected Ingrid Hibbard, JC St. Amour, David Mosher, Kevin Thomson, and Al Gourley to the board of directors. The reappointment of the auditor and the reapproval of the Company's stock option plan were also endorsed. No other business was addressed at the meeting.
Pelangio focuses on acquiring and exploring land in Ghana and Canada. In Ghana, projects include the Manfo and Obuasi properties. In Canada, focus areas are the Kenogaming and Gowan projects in Ontario.
