Perk Labs Inc. Provides Update on Status of Management Cease Trade Order
On May 7, 2024, Perk Labs Inc. updated the public on the status of the management cease trade order (MCTO) initially announced on April 3, 2024. This voluntary MCTO, approved under National Policy 12-203, was requested by the company to allow additional time to file its audited annual financial statements for the year ended November 30, 2023. The deadline for these filings was originally set for April 1, 2024.
The MCTO restricts trading by the company's CEO and CFO but does not extend to other shareholders. Perk Labs continues to work closely with its auditors to complete the required documents and anticipates meeting the extended filing deadline of May 31, 2024. The company has committed to issuing bi-weekly updates via news releases until the filings are completed to comply with the alternative information guidelines under NP 12-203.
