Peugeot Invest: Declaration of the number of shares and voting rights

Peugeot Invest, a company based at 66 Avenue Charles de Gaulle in Neuilly-sur-Seine and listed on compartment B of Eurolist, has published figures for the number of shares and voting rights for the periods of June and July 2024 .

As of June 30, 2024, the company had 24,922,589 shares, with a total gross number of voting rights of 44,995,407 and a total net number of 44,898,065. As of July 31, 2024, these figures were almost identical, the shares totaling the same 24,922,589 units, while the total gross number of voting rights reached 44,998,777 and the net total 44,897,906.

The statutes of Peugeot Invest include a clause stipulating an additional declaration obligation in the event of crossing a threshold. Any variation of more than 2% or any crossing of a threshold of 1% or multiples of this percentage in the capital or voting rights must be declared.
